In 1994, with years of design and marketing experience, Michael ventured into the staffing industry and founded Staff Up America, Inc. Michael grew the organization from concept to a $25 million entity within 5 years. In 2000, Staff Up America, Inc. was listed by Crain's Chicago Business Magazine as the 2nd fastest growing Staffing Company in IL. With multiple business enterprises to manage, Michael formed the management company, M. French Management LLC, as a multi-purpose entity specifically designed to accommodate the day-to-day management of Staff Up America Inc., and all enterprises owned by Michael.
M. French Management, LLC directs all aspects of the day to day marketing, operations, accounting, and customer relations for Staff Up America, Inc. in IL and MN.

Another Service-mark created and owned by Michael French, "Partner Up America" is the Employee Leasing/PEO division of Staff Up America. Partner Up America handles all aspects of employer related services under the direct management of M. French Management.
Partner Up America can handle all aspects of your employees through a shared employement relationship including, Tax Filings, Worker's Comp, Unempoloyment and Payroll Services.
